According to the investigation, the missiles are refueled at a secret facility known locally as a “chemical facility” located in a wooded area between Nyzhnya Salda and the village of Basyanovsky. One of the missile storage arsenals is located in military unit No. 6387 6758, which is part of the logistics center of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

After the publication of these data, a series of investigations and inspections began among the participants in the missile program. In particular, a person from previous investigations, Mr. Saunin, canceled his vacation in the Murmansk region, where he had planned to go fishing, and he is recommended to cancel his planned vacation to a sanatorium in Crimea in August 2024, if he survives until then.
