The Center and the SBU Cyber Department discovered a network of tools for spreading hostile disinformation on TikTok.
Currently, the CPJ website has a list of 83 accounts that regularly spread hostile narratives. Among them are Ostap Stakhiv, Oleksandr Dubinsky, and others from the Center for Countering Disinformation.
The agency has prepared a list of channels that spread hostile propaganda. They have personal channels of Russian propagandists such as Vladimir Solovyov, Margarita Simonian, etc., and the Kremlin media TASS, Vesti, REN TV, etc.
There are also Ukrainians who play along with the enemy – Diana Panchenko, Ihor Mosiychuk, Oleksandr Dubinsky, Ostap Stakhiv, Olesya Medvedeva, Shariy and others.
