According to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, the relevant system has already been developed and is ready for implementation, but has not yet been implemented. He said this in an interview with LIGA.net.
The General Staff has a need. He knows exactly the number of drivers, riflemen, cameramen, artillerymen, and snipers needed. The General Staff determines the tasks of military commissariats: the plan and categories of specialists. The Ministry of Defense only exercises control and dreams of turning a paper mess into a digitalized product. We have this product, it has been developed. We just didn’t have time to fully implement it. This will be one of Vitaliy’s (Deinega – ed.) challenges.
