Sources Research and Analysis Group InfoLight.UA report on a large-scale action in support of Ukrainian intelligence officers, which took place around the world on the occasion of the Day of Military Intelligence.
According to available information, an informal group of patriots called”Medoed” has placed greeting postcards and GUR flags at prominent locations in a number of countries, including Georgia, the USA, Spain, Italy, Germany, Japan and Moldova. Interestingly, the campaign also covered the territory of Russia and Syria.
“We demonstrate that the influence of the Ukrainian intelligence and support of our intelligence officers has no borders. We congratulate the intelligence community on their professional holiday! The wise guide the stars around the world,” the organisers of the event said.
It is worth noting that the published photos show flags of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and posters with congratulations near administrative buildings, Russian embassies and famous architectural monuments.
The Day of Military Intelligence is celebrated in Ukraine on 7 September.
