The Russian Volunteer Corps showed a video of several dozen prisoners and invited Governor Gladkov to negotiate their exchange. A video posted on the RDC channel shows a conversation between RDC commander Denis Nikitin and a captured Russian officer.
The Russian military confirms that the statements of the Russian authorities about the destruction of the RDC and full control over the territory of Russia are not true.
The video also shows several dozen captured Russians.
Denis Nikitin appeals to the governor of the Belgorod region to find the courage to come to the negotiations on the exchange of prisoners.
