During a concert in Dijon, France, the Ukrainian band TNMK appealed to the audience to tell their mobilized relatives about the project “I Want to Live” to help them surrender.

The Russians are still around. Those Russians who are here may have friends or relatives in Russia mobilized. Tell them that Ukraine has a state program called “I Want to Live”. It is aimed at those Russians who want to live, because in Ukraine now they have two options: either to become a dead Russian or a captured Russian. Let them surrender. If they do not want to return to Russia, they will not return. They will be “stored” under the Geneva Convention. So tell them that they will be taken care of in Ukraine. Russians, surrender

said band member Fozzy.

The call was met with applause and shouts of “Glory to Ukraine!”

As of January 10, 2024, according to Vitaliy Matvienko, a spokesperson for the state project “I Want to Live,” the project has received more than 30 thousand requests through all communication channels.

There have been more than 300 voluntary surrenders and a thousand operations are currently in progress

Also, hundreds of relatives of Russian military personnel contact the project’s channels every day, as Russia does not properly inform family members of its servicemen about their fate after they find themselves in Ukraine.

That’s why we decided to launch a new project called “I Want to Find!”, which is supposed to become a single search center for Russian servicemen.

As of December 2023, hochuzhit.com was visited more than 48 million times, including 46 million from Russia.

The “I Want to Live” hotline is staffed around the clock by 10 operators from a secret center in Kyiv.

Russian soldiers can apply to the “I Want to Live” project through the Unified Appeal Center:
