Residents of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Kharkiv regions are urged to temporarily leave their homes
In Ukraine people are being evacuated from hot spots – in the new location, the displaced people are provided with housing, humanitarian aid and payments.
In order to leave for safer regions, Ukrainians can contact the hotlines of the administrations and volunteers. The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories has told residents of Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions how to evacuate.
How to leave Donetsk region
Residents of Donetsk Oblast who have decided to evacuate can contact special hotlines. There is a telephone for residents of all communities. Residents of Kramatorsk are asked to call a different number, and a hotline for residents of Kostyantynivka is also available. Residents of Chasovyi Yar should call by phone, residents of Soledar should call by phone, and a hotline is available for those who want to evacuate Mykolaivka.
In addition, for evacuation from dangerous regions, you can call the hotline of the Ministry of Reintegration at: 15-48. If you have any problems with the connection, you can write to the messengers by phone.
Evacuation from Kherson, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions
Residents of the Kherson region should call the OVA hotline by phone or email to evacuate. You can also call or write to the number via Viber, Telegram, Signal, or WhatsApp.
Citizens can also contact the Help people volunteer organization by phone.
To leave, residents of Kharkiv region should call the hotline of the volunteer organization Helping to leave.
To register for evacuation from Zaporizhzhia region, you should contact the administration’s hotline by phone.
