It was activated by a Russian career officer in the spring of 2024, tasked with passing on information to the Russians about the combat operations of the Defense Forces. The enemy was particularly interested in data on sabotage and reconnaissance operations by Ukrainian special forces in the Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Crimean regions.
