Under the procedural supervision of the Odesa Specialized Defense Prosecutor’s Office of the Southern Region, the operator of one of the branches of the TCC and JV in Odesa. Odesa was served a notice of suspicion of unauthorized interference with information systems under Part 5 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, from March 2023 to March 2024, a senior soldier, having access to the automated system “Oberih”, deliberately changed the data in the accounts of persons liable for military service, entering false information about their unfitness for military service. This allowed these citizens to avoid mobilization, as the system displayed false conclusions about their passing the military medical commission, which did not correspond to reality.
Currently, the prosecutor’s office has filed a motion with the court to impose a preventive measure on the suspect.
