The key Russian propaganda channel RIA Novosti has launched another wave of disinformation about possible changes in Ukraine’s top leadership. This time , the main”hero” of their fantasies was the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine , Kyrylo Budanov.
According to Kremlin propagandists, Budanov has allegedly become a threat to Volodymyr Zelenskyy due to his growing popularity and”close ties to the CIA and MI6″. RIA Novosti even refers to non-existent ratings, where Budanov is allegedly 18% ahead of Zelenskyy.
In addition, the Russian publication claims that Budanov may”position himself as a presidential candidate “, using his contacts with US intelligence.
