The former director of the Russian TV channel Russia Today, Anton Kuznetsov-Krasovsky, who called for the genocide of Ukrainians and the murder of Ukrainian children, was indeed poisoned. This was reported to Kyiv Post by sources in the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU).

“At the beginning of the week, my stomach twisted sharply, I started to feel sick, then fainted. I was taken to the clinic. I am gradually coming to my senses,” Krasovsky, a propagandist, wrote on his Telegram channel.

However, Kyiv Post sources note that his “condition continues to deteriorate” and add that “it is likely that the latest online posts were not written by the propagandist himself.”

Who is Anton Krasovsky?

Anton Krasovsky is a well-known Russian journalist and propagandist. His career peaked with the position of Broadcasting Director of Russia Today. In October 2022, speaking on air, Krasovsky called for the genocide of Ukrainian children for their anti-Russian views.

The Kyiv Post has compiled the top 10 most significant, high-profile, and unforgettable special operations conducted by Ukrainian guerrillas that made 2023 a particularly “explosive” year.

“We should have drowned them in the Tisza, where the kacha floats, drowned these children, drowned them. This is our method. You say that the Muscovites occupied, and you immediately throw them into a river with a violent current,” Krasovsky said at the time.

Later, the host also called for burning children in “spruce huts” in the Carpathians.Almost immediately afterwards, Krasovsky was fired from his job because his statements had too much resonance. In his defense, the Russian journalist said that he was allegedly “carried away” and “did not see the line” at which he had to stop the flow of his hatred for Ukrainians.

Later, a Ukrainian court sentenced propagandist Anton Krasovsky in absentia to 5 years in prison with confiscation of property based on SBU materials.
