According to Vereshchuk, the media have recently reported some cases of unfriendly attitudes toward Ukrainians who have found temporary refuge from the war in Europe. This needs to be addressed through communication campaigns, at least for the next three months.

According to Vereshchuk, you need to answer without pretense and without breaking:
- “We are a strong people, but now it’s hard for us.”
- “We are fighting a great war, our military and civilians are dying, but we will never surrender.”
- “Our victory is beneficial to you. Our victory is a guarantee of your security in the future. It may cost you, but it is beneficial to you.”
- “We are suffering huge economic and social losses. So now we really need your help and just human support. We will never forget this.”
